We are excited to welcome everyone back to the ballroom April 9, 2022 for the JDRF Houston Promise Ball. As one of Houston's premier social events, the Promise Ball is an annual black-tie event benefiting the Houston market of the JDRF Southern Texas Chapter. More than 1,000 prominent philanthropic community leaders join JDRF for a seated dinner featuring delicious cuisine, silent and live auctions featuring one-of-a-kind items, exciting live entertainment, a night of dancing, and late night casino games with great prizes. We've missed you and we have all this and more in store for you and your friends and family. 2022 Promise Ball Chairs, Amber and Clay Bretches, are excited to bring you an incredible night. Our last in-person Promise Ball raised over $1.83 million for JDRF-funded research aimed at treating, preventing and curing type 1 diabetes in children and adults. We know, with your help, this gala will be the best Promise Ball yet!

COVID Update 3/16/22 - With a decrease in the number of COVID-19 cases around the country, JDRF has analyzed recent data and trends and made the decision to discontinue the proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID test requirement for attendees of the Promise Ball. This update is effective immediately.

Individuals who wish to wear masks at any of our JDRF events are encouraged and welcome todo so.
